Casey Anthony Trial: Lawyer Jose Baez cursed out photographer outside of courthouse; Casey Anthony ex boyfriend, 3 of his roommates, roommate’s girlfriend, 2 shot girls & neighbor who Casey borrowed the shovel from testified!

While walking towards the courthouse this morning, lawyer Jose Baez was pulling a cart containing his files when a overzealous photographer nearly tripped him. Jose Baez cursed, “what the f*ck”! When the WFTV.Com reporter started getting to close, a male with Jose Baez started pushing him away. The male reporter then called Baez’s guy a “goon”. Lawyer Cheney Mason told the reporter not to touch him because he’s a senior citizen and that’s felony assault! LOL. Watch the video here at WFTV.Com
During the time that Caylee Anthony was missing or shall I say drowned, Casey Anthony was playing house with her boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro and living with his 3 male roommates! Three of Tony Lazzaro’s roommates testified. They were: Cameron Campena, Nathan Lezniewicz, Clint House. Prosecutor Frank George did the direct exams.
Cameron Campena, 22, testified that Tot Mom, Casey Anthony would buy groceries and cook dinner, leave the apartment whenever she was on the phone with her mom. He said they argued. He said Casey Anthony seemed happy and excited about life and he never saw Caylee or any of her belongings.
Nathan Lezniewicz, another of Lazzaro’s roommates testified. He socialized with Casey Anthony at the nightclub, Fusian and was photographed with her while she wore a blue dress. He was there when Casey Anthony participated in a “Hot Body” contest at Fusian and was present in the apartment on July 15th 2008, when Cindy Anthony came over demanding Casey come with her. On cross exam by Jose Baez, Nathan Lezniewicz testified that Caylee looked well fed.
Clint House, another roommate, was previously studying music but now works for his parents carpet cleaning company. He worked with Tony Lazzaro as a promoter. They’d try to get people into the clubs and got a percentage of the door money. Casey, being Tony’s girlfriend would help out with promoting. Clint House said he saw Caylee Anthony 4-5 times. Caylee had flashcards with shapes & colors that Casey was teaching her. Afterwards he didn’t see Caylee anymore. Casey said she was with the nanny. On cross exam, Clint House said Caylee never appeared to be malnourished or beaten.
Maria Kissh Next up was Clint House’s girlfriend, Maria Kissh. She testified that once she came over to the apartment and Caylee Anthony answered the door by herself! She and Caylee were out on the balcony, she stated that when it was time to leave she felt uncomfortable leaving Caylee alone on the balcony. Maria Kissh was with Casey Anthony when she participated in a Hot Body contest at Fusion nightclub. She said Casey was interacting with the shot girls. When Maria asked where Caylee was, Casey said Caylee was spending a weekend at the beach with the nanny who was payed $400 per week! Maria Kissh also testified that she sat in Casey Anthony’s car with Clint House & Tony Lazzaro during the time that the prosecution alleges Caylee’s dead body was in the trunk – and she didn’t smell anything. On cross exam, attorney Jose Baez tried to make Maria Kissh out to look like the jealous girlfriend. He asked her a few times if she wasn’t bothered by the fact that Casey lived in the apartment with 4 men one of them Maria’s boyfriend. Maria Kissh, said no.
Brian Burner is George and Cindy Anthony’s neighbor. He’s a fat truck driver with dark hair parted down the middle. He testified that on June 18th 2008, while he was doing yard work, Casey Anthony came over and asked to borrow a shovel. She claimed it was to dig up a bamboo root. 1 hour later she gave it back. On the day that George Anthony’s gas cans were stolen, Brian Burner saw Casey and a male in the driveway.
Next up to testify were the shot girls! Shot girls are girls who work in clubs, wear skimpy outfits, and walk around with bottles of alcohol trying to sell the club patrons “shots”. I actually felt sorry for these two girls. Now they are forever going to go down in history as “shot girls”! They could be married, become nuns, win the Nobel Peace Prize – but the world will always view them as the “shot girls”! Ironically, both of them had this deer in the headlights look on their face as they testified.
Jamie Realander was the first shot girl to testify. She’s 22, has flaming red hair and is about to move to Indiana to work for a hotel. Casey’s boyfriend Tony Lazzaro was a DJ and did promotion work for Fusian nightclub. Jamie Realander testified that Casey Anthony managed the shot girls and they’d go to her if they had any questions. She was in a picture with Casey at Fusian. On cross exam, Jose Baez got Jamie Realander to characterize Casey Anthony as a protector of the shot girls from drunk patrons.
Erica Gonzalez was the next shot girl to testify. She testified she worked at Fusian, that Casey Anthony was protective over all of the shot girls and was always kind and courteous. Erica Gonzalez’s phone number back then was 321-439-1577. When she found out Caylee Anthony was missing, she helped to make flyers. On cross exam, she testified she never saw Casey drink or get drunk.
The last witness of the day was Big Daddy himself, Anthony Lazzaro aka Tony Lazzaro, Tot Mom, Casey Anthony’s ex boyfriend. He came off as cocky. He testified he lived at the Sutton Place Apartments. He now has a degree in music business, works at Blockbuster and is an intern as a record label. He currently lives on Long Island, New York. Tony Lazzaro testified that he met Casey Anthony on Facebook and then in person at a friend’s birthday party. She was living with him during the time Caylee went missing. He wanted to start a DJ company called DVC Entertainment. He did promotions for clubs. He testified that Casey Anthony would help him with the promotions at the clubs. On the night that the defense claims Caylee Anthony drowned in the pool, June 16th 2008, Casey Anthony is seen on video with Tony Lazzaro, walking hand in hand at at Blockbuster video store. Her attitude was the same. He also said none of Caylee’s toys or clothes were at his apartment. He said Caylee was always with the nanny or Casey’s mom. Tony Lazzaro testified that one time he saw Caylee Anthony getting to close to the swimming pool in his apartment complex and he saw Casey stop her, saving her. Lazzaro also said that when he helped Casey take her dad’s gas cans from the Anthony family shed, he never smelled anything in Casey’s car!.
